The Sushi Class + Dinner & Sake Tasting

Leading us in Hana Kitchens’ first sushi class is Chef Yuji Haraguchi, founder and owner of OKONOMI / YUJI Ramen as well as Osakana Brooklyn and Osakana East Village in NYC. Hailing from Japan, Yuji created Japanese style fish market and education center Osakana with the goal of educating people about Japanese food and culture.

You will work hands-on with Chef Yuji to make several variants of sushi with the highest quality raw fish. Students will learn not only the art and vast history of sushi, but also advice for buying and preparing raw fish safely at home.

Alongside your sushi dinner will be a sake tasting from Islander Sake!
