Hana Kitchens Producers at Smorgasburg New York! Part One
I'm proud to report back that Smorgasburg NY (Williamsburg and Prospect Park, Brooklyn) had a smashing opening weekend with Hana Kitchens' producers front and center. For those of you not from New York or LA, Smorgasburg is a carefully curated selection of the cities' finest up and coming food trends. It's a place to discover new and interesting food concepts vetted by culinary experts.

Let's take a look at some of the outstanding food served at opening weekend by the Hana community:
LOBSTERDAMUS
“We use only the finest wild-caught live lobsters from maine. We use only the finest and freshest herbs and spices. After a luscious basting of butter the lobsters are grilled to tender and smoky perfection on a mesquite charcoal grill.” Lobsterdamus is now also in NYC because of tremendous success at Smorgasburg in LA!
WOWFULLS
“Our goal is to create authentic 1950’s-style Hong Kong egg waffles, bringing these popular street snacks to New York City and adding a cultural twist. Not only are we introducing one of Hong Kong’s most famous street snacks to foodies in the States, we’re also injecting our cultural spin to Wowfulls. For example, we blend Japanese Matcha to create our Green Tea egg waffle with white chocolate chips.”
JIANBING
Now that Jianbing has reached a near cult-following, they are in several outlets all over Brooklyn and Manhattan when you can grab a warm, freshly made Shanghai crepe-sandwich.
