Hana Kitchens Producers at Smorgasburg New York! Part Two
This weekend brought yet another stellar group of food producers and crowds to support them at both Smorgasburg locations, Williamsburg and Prospect Park. I'm going to proudly profile a few more of the outstanding, trend-setting producers at Smorgasburg that are based in Hana Kitchens New York.

SUNDAY GRAVY
"Sunday Gravy, an Italian-American tradition. Some call it sauce, some call it gravy."
This is the motto of long time Smorgasburg staple and producer at Hana Kitchens. We've watched them grow from a sauce company into much, much more. Besides their outstanding, slow-cooked-for-hours meat sauce, also look out for specials like their homemade meatballs, eggplant parm, and chicken parm.
THE CHORIPAN
The Choripan introduces us to a traditional Argentinian sandwich made with grilled Argentinian sausage, crusty bread, and sauces such as chimichurri. The Choripan partners make everything from scratch at Hana Kitchens and then grill the sausages and assemble the sandwiches on site. No wonder there is always a line at their booth!

With interesting flavors such as "Kashmir", "Keith Moonpie", and "Ambrosia", Rubyzaar has taken the humble cookie to new levels of spice and flavor. TRAMEZZINI
Tramezzini are authentic Venetian sandwiches and tapas. "We use only artisanal bread from the country side of Venice, healthy, low in calories and made with simple ingredients like flour and olive oil and baked fresh and imported weekly to NYC. We find quality ingredients imported from Italy and outsource fresh vegetables from the farmers market that grows them the old way, no pesticides, no hormones, all natural, all organic. The actual word 'Tramezzino' was invented by Gabriele D'Annunzio as a replacement for the English word "sandwich"."
