Britney Wang (Dumpling Queen) is a Chinese American chef + entrepreneur originally from Honolulu but now based in Los Angeles. She started her journey specializing in dumpling making, which turned into pop-ups, participating in TV food competitions, starting her own bao business, and now working on more exciting projects to come.
