The Gnocchi Class + Dinner & Wine Tasting

Hailing from Rome, Italy, chef and owner of Onda Pasta Andrea Onnetti will teach us how to make fresh potato gnocchi from scratch in this interactive hands-on class. Each person will make their own gnocchi at individual stations. In addition, we will learn some of Chef Andreaโ€™s favorite dishes such as gnocchi con pomodoro e' mozzarella and gnocchi ala Romana con ragu di carne.

Take part in a hands-on fresh gnocchi-making and shaping activity, learn about the different regional variations of gnocchi, and observe Chef Andrea demonstrating how to make several variations of gnocchi.
