We support Hawai’i’s local food ecosystem by providing community, mentorship, and state-of-the-art commercial kitchen facilities. Our shared and private kitchen spaces help reduce start-up time, lower overhead costs, scale production, and remove financial barriers, empowering small businesses to launch, grow, and succeed.

For The Public

We bring people together through hands-on cooking classes and intimate chef’s dinners led by chefs from the regions they represent. Whether you’re learning pasta-making from an Italian master or shaping falafel with a chef from Egypt, our experiences offer authentic techniques, global flavors, and a fun, engaging atmosphere for home cooks and food lovers alike.

Our Mission

Our goal at Hana Kitchens is to help build a more sustainable and self-reliant Hawaiʻi. For decades, our islands have depended on imported food; an estimated 85-90% of what we eat comes from elsewhere. Most are unaware that out community can source locally grown and produced food.

Hawai’i’s future depends on greater collaboration, stronger local production, and meaningful support for the food makers who nourish our community. At Hana Kitchens, we work to accelerate that shift by empowering local producers, strengthening food systems, and fostering a thriving, resilient culinary ecosystem.
