Who We Are

We believe that food holds the key to nurturing the future. Which is why we created a welcoming and supportive space for food producers and enthusiasts to grow and thrive.

For food entrepreneurs

We aid in the sustainability of local food production by providing a community, mentorship, and state of the art equipment that reduces start-up time, breaks down financial barriers, scales production, and grows your business.

For the public

We expand horizons through hands-on interactive courses and events with some of the top experts on island and abroad. Learn how to make pasta with a master from Italy, or how to form falafel balls with a chef from Egypt, all in the company of others eager to learn and ready to have a good time.

Our Mission

To move our community work towards a more sustainable future. Hawai'i has long struggled with food dependence, with a reliance on imported food estimated at 85 to 90 percent. Most are unaware that our community can source locally grown and produced food. The pandemic taught us that we need more cooperation and collaboration within the passionate food producer community to help move Hawai'i towards greater self-reliance and security.
