Chef Andrea’s instruction offers an authentic, hands-on immersion into one of Italy’s most iconic culinary arts.

This hands-on class guides you through the fundamentals of matcha preparation from the tools used and proper whisking techniques, to the history behind matcha and hojicha. Ticket price includes your own matcha, hojicha, and a full matcha set to take home.

    You’ll learn to craft three unique tea experiences:
